Mike Dalager is in his eighth season as an assistant coach at SMSU in 2010.
The Minneota, Minn., native has coached junior olympic volleyball for 12 years and has led several teams to national tournaments.
Mike his wife, Karen, live in Marshall with their two sons, Ryan and Adam.
