SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - The Southwest Minnesota State women's golf team begins play at the 2009 NCAA Super Regional Three Championships on Monday morning at Westward Ho Country Club in Sioux Falls, S.D.

SMSU is making its sixth NCAA regional appearance since the prograrm started in 1997, but its first since 2006.

SMSU begins the three round, 54-hole tournament on Monday morning with freshman KC Kane teeing off at 9:55.  Round two takes place on Tuesday, with the final round on Wednesday.  

The top three teams and the top three individuals not from the three top teams qualify for the NCAA National Championships in Findlay, Ohio.
